- Assist pharmacists with preparing, filling, and labeling prescriptions accurately and efficiently
- Process and manage prescription orders, refills, and insurance claims
- Provide friendly, professional customer service at the counter and over the phone
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and board regulations, including HIPAA
- Manage inventory by ordering, receiving, and stocking medications and supplies
- Keep the pharmacy area clean, organized, and workflow-ready
- Support pharmacy staff as needed
Qualifications:
- Active Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT)
- Current Board of Pharmacy License in North Carolina
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with PioneerRx
