Key Responsibilities:
- Assist pharmacists in filling and dispensing prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide outstanding customer service at the counter, and over the phone, including answering questions and resolving inquiries.
- Process insurance claims, manage payments, and handle cash register operations.
- Maintain pharmacy inventory, stock shelves, and ensure proper organization of medications.
- Label prescriptions, count/tablet medications, and prepare compounds under pharmacist supervision.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company regulations for patient safety and confidentiality.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT from PTCB or ExCPT from NHA) preferred; we support training and certification for qualified candidates.
- State registration/license is required.
- Strong attention to detail, math skills, and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
