Representative Position
The representative will have a dual role. Attracting clients and serving clients.
The representative will be responsible for Markets Development in Central NJ. They will represent Professional Paperwork Services at:
· Networking Event
· Chamber of Commerce Meetings
· Caring Connections
· Programs presented by Strategic Partners
· Business Associations
The Representative serves clients, primarily senior citizens and people with disabilities,
as a personal bookkeeper.
Visit clients at their homes and perform the following tasks:
· Assist client with paperwork management
· Open and sort mail
· Prepare checks for client signature
· Balance the checkbook
· Maintain paper files
· Organize tax documents
· File insurance claims and follow up on claims filed
· Assist client to respond to requests for information
· Prepare budgets, cash flow analyses and other financial reports
· Assist clients in finding resources in the community
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
