Duties

• Assist senior plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems on construction sites and commercial buildings
• Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and welding equipment safely and effectively
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings to support plumbing projects
• Support the assembly of piping systems, fixtures, and HVAC components according to project specifications
• Conduct basic measurements and calculations using math skills to ensure accurate installations
• Participate in remodeling and handyman tasks related to plumbing and general maintenance
• Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials while adhering to safety protocols

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or coursework in construction or plumbing is a plus
• Strong interest in construction plumbing, mechanical systems, and building trades
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and basic carpentry skills
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations required on-site
• Previous experience on construction sites or with field service work is advantageous but not mandatory
• Excellent teamwork attitude with a willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment
