Position Summary
Patriot Detailing is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Professional Auto Detailer who takes pride in their work and enjoys transforming vehicles. This role involves performing high-quality detailing services on a wide range of vehicles while maintaining efficiency, consistency, and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, values craftsmanship, and is passionate about automotive care.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform interior and exterior vehicle detailing to company standards
- Wash, dry, clay, polish, and protect vehicle exteriors
- Deep clean interiors including vacuuming, shampooing, stain removal, and conditioning surfaces
- Apply waxes, sealants, and ceramic coatings (training provided if needed)
- Clean and restore wheels, tires, trim, and glass
- Inspect vehicles before and after service to ensure quality results
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment
- Communicate with team members regarding job progress and needs
- Deliver excellent customer service when interacting with clients
Qualifications
- Prior auto detailing experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
- Ability to stand, bend, and work on feet for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Preferred Skills
- Experience with paint correction
- Experience applying ceramic coatings or paint protection film (PPF)
- Knowledge of detailing tools, chemicals, and processes
