Job Description
We are seeking a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join our Concord, OH office. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, managing inquiries related to personal insurance lines, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will work directly with the owner and a small team of three representatives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries promptly.
- Manage phone communications and assist with policy renewals and updates.
- Ensure adherence to company standards and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members and report directly to the owner.
Basic Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in an insurance-related role.
- Active insurance license in Ohio.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite five days a week
- Proficiency with computer systems and data entry.
Preferred Qualifications
- College degree in a related field.
- Experience using a Partner Management System (independent agency systems preferred).
- Previous experience in a small agency environment rather than a large corporate setting.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $35,000–$55,000 based on experience.
