Salary Range: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per year

Annual Base Salary Bonus Opportunities

Previous customer service experience required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software.

Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.

A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people.

Property and Casualty insurance license or willingness to obtain one.

Respond to customer inquiries regarding policies, coverage, and billing via phone and email.

Assist policyholders with policy changes, endorsements, and renewals.

Process new business applications and ensure all required documentation is complete.

Handle claims inquiries and guide customers through the initial reporting process.

Maintain accurate customer records in the agency management system.

Collaborate with agents to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
