Qualifications
- Strong Account Management skills, including managing a personal lines book of business and prioritizing multiple client needs.

- Knowledge of Personal Insurance products and coverage options, with the ability to explain them in accessible, client-friendly terms.
- Understanding of Insurance industry practices and regulations; familiarity with Employee Benefits is a plus.
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe, if permitted by the role requirements).
- Experience using agency management systems and standard office software for documentation and communication.
