Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ozark, MO, for a Personal/Commercial Lines Account Manager. The Account Manager will manage client relationships by addressing inquiries, processing policy changes, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves handling personal/commercial lines coverage and ensuring the smooth coordination of account management activities. Building relationships with clients and working seamlessly with the internal team will be critical to success in this position.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Personal or Commercial Lines Coverage and Insurance policies
- Experience in Account Management, including maintaining and managing client accounts
- P&C Licensed in the state of Missouri
- Skilled in providing exceptional Customer Service to clients
- Familiarity or experience with Agency Management Products (Vertafore: AMS360, Applied: EPIC)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
- Proficiency in office software and tools commonly used in the insurance industry
