Nursing Supervisor Needed
Professional Home Health Care is hiring a RN or LPN as a nursing supervisor. Duties include office duties and some home visits in the Denver metro area, for our Wheat Ridge office. Hours are 8-5, Monday through Friday.
Experience in homecare required.
Benefits:
- Weekly pay
- Competitive salary with the potential to increase earning at 6 months and annually. $40 per hour for LPN, $45 to $48 for RN.
- Paid mileage
- Training provided with electronic charting system
- Charting device provided (iPad)
Qualification:
- Current Colorado Nursing license
- Valid Driver’s license, clean MVR, and proof of auto insurance
- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass Criminal Background Check
Responsibilities and Duties include:
- Office coverage 8-5 am Monday through Friday.
- Coordinate services provided to home care clients, obtaining physician orders, documenting coordination of care, assisting with scheduling, and other office duties.
- Make some home visits and provides care ordered by the physician.
- Assess patients’ condition, reports findings to physician, obtains orders for new needs, and implements the care plan.
- Complete required documentation that makes evident patient/family needs, interventions, and progress in accordance with clinical, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist QA department in reviewing medical records, teaching staff to prevent charting errors, and coordinating with field staff to make charting corrections when needed.
