- Assist with medical administrative tasks such as updating records, preparing charts, and handling paperwork
- Communicate effectively with clinical staff to coordinate patient care plans and relay important information
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with privacy regulations and clinic policies
- Prior experience in a medical or dental office setting would be great, but is not necessary
- Proven ability to provide excellent medical administrative support with attention to detail
- Office experience demonstrating organizational skills and proficiency in scheduling software or electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Exceptional communication skills—friendly, clear, and professional in all interactions with patients and team members
