Responsibilities
- Monitor premises to detect suspicious activity and ensure security protocols are followed.
- Control access point authorizations for employees, visitors, and contractors. You will help with traffice control in the mornings and evenings.
- Conduct routine patrols of the property to identify potential security risks or hazards.
- Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies
- Write detailed incident reports documenting any security breaches, accidents, or unusual occurrences with clarity and accuracy.
- Manage conflict de-escalation techniques to handle disputes professionally while maintaining a safe environment for all individuals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish to facilitate effective communication with diverse populations.
- Strong understanding of security regulations, incident report writing standards, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent customer service skills combined with conflict management abilities to foster a welcoming yet secure environment.
- Physical fitness to perform patrolling duties over extended periods and respond swiftly during emergencies.
