Duties
- Manage access control to verify identities and allow entry for authorized personnel, visitors, and contractors.
- Write detailed incident reports documenting any security breaches, safety concerns, or unusual activities observed during shifts.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations following established procedures, including administering first aid or CPR when necessary.
- Utilize conflict de-escalation techniques to manage disputes peacefully and maintain a calm environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of emergency response procedures, first aid/CPR certification, AED operation, and fire safety protocols is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills for incident report writing, conflict management, and customer service interactions.
- Demonstrated understanding of security regulations and compliance standards relevant to physical security operations.
