Associate Attorney (Entry-Level)

💰 $65,000 – $75,000 annually
About the Role
PFC USA is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Legal Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a new or early-career attorney looking to gain hands-on courtroom experience, develop litigation skills, and grow within a supportive, team-oriented environment.
You’ll be involved in the full legal lifecycle—from case review through resolution—while building real-world experience in court appearances, motions, and client interaction.
What You’ll Do
- Manage legal accounts from initial review through resolution
- Draft, review, and file legal documents (complaints, motions, discovery, etc.)
- Appear in court for hearings, return dates, and trials
- Conduct legal research and prepare case strategy
- Communicate with opposing counsel, clients, and internal teams
- Support settlements and case resolutions
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies
- Collaborate with legal leadership and support department initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active Colorado law license (required)
- Wyoming license is a plus, but not required
- Strong interest in litigation and courtroom experience
- Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
