Administers the First Source Employment Agreement and ensures compliance with the District's 51% resident-hiring requirement for new positions created under the contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate and maintain a First Source Employment Agreement with the DC Department of Employment Services (DOES).
- Ensure at least 51% of new employees hired to perform the contract are District residents, using the First Source Register as the first referral source.
- Maintain hiring and reporting compliance for the full term of the contract.
- Prepare and submit the compliance report (or waiver of compliance) with the final request for payment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
- Experience with DC First Source Employment Agreement compliance or similar local-hire program administration
Salary : $48,000 - $75,000
