We are seeking a dynamic and experienced BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Director to lead our behavioral health team. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of behavior analysts, therapists, and support staff to deliver exceptional behavioral therapy services.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive patient assessments.
- Oversee data collection processes to track progress and inform treatment adjustments, ensuring measurable outcomes.
- Ensure all clinical documentation complies with HIPAA regulations, medical records standards, and confidentiality requirements.
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and intake assessments for new clients to determine appropriate intervention strategies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including special education professionals and medical providers, to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral health practices, and medical terminology to inform best practices.
