Accounting Assistant (Temporary)
6–9 Month Assignment
We’re looking for a temporary Accounting Assistant to support our team during our
transition from SAP to S/4HANA. This role will help maintain day-to-day accounting
operations while assisting with data entry, system testing, and administrative support
throughout the migration.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and exposure to a large-scale
system implementation in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do

operations while assisting with data entry, system testing, and administrative support
throughout the migration.

What You’ll Do
- Support vendor setup and maintenance, including requesting, verifying, and
- updating vendor account and payment details
- Maintain accurate vendor records and ensure proper documentation within the
- system
- Communicate with vendors to follow up on required information and resolve
- discrepancies
- Assist with data validation and reconciliation related to vendor records during
- system testing
- Provide general administrative and accounting support as needed during the system
- migration
- Support day-to-day accounting tasks and administrative needs
What We’re Looking For
- Entry-level experience in accounting, finance, or administrative support - preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic understanding of accounting principles is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel and general computer skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact
- professionally with external vendors
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Assignment Details
- 6–9 month temporary assignment
- Position located in Fort Worth, TX - PBR HQ - Stockyards
- Mostly full-time hours, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with some variation week
- to week based on project need
