Role Description The Quality Assurance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Boca Raton, FL, responsible for overseeing all quality control and quality assurance activities within the PCB assembly and electronics manufacturing environment. This role leads the development, implementation, and maintenance of the quality management system, including procedures, work instructions, and documentation aligned with industry standards and customer requirements. The Quality Assurance Manager will plan and conduct internal audits, coordinate external and customer audits, and drive corrective and preventive actions to resolve nonconformities. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing production processes and test results, managing inspection and testing protocols, analyzing defect and failure data, and collaborating with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to improve yield and reduce rework. The role also includes training team members on quality standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer specifications, and preparing clear reports and metrics for leadership review.

Qualifications
- Experience in quality management for electronics manufacturing, preferably in PCB assembly or EMS, including hands-on oversight of inspection, testing, and documentation.
- Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., root cause analysis, CAPA, SPC, FMEA, control plans) and familiarity with relevant industry standards (such as ISO 9001, IPC standards, or similar).
- Strong skills in process improvement and problem-solving, with the ability to analyze production and defect data, identify trends, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Proficiency with quality-related software and basic data analysis tools (e.g., spreadsheets, databases, ERP/MES systems) to track metrics, manage records, and generate reports.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including supervising or guiding quality teams, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and building a culture of continuous improvement.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for documenting procedures, preparing audit and quality reports, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and customers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Electronics, or a related technical field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work
