Position Responsibilities
- Post jobs, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
- Assist with new hires and orientation process.
- Maintain digital files and ensure compliance.
- Conduct internal process audits.
- Support internal events and employee engagement initiatives.
- Research and present a solution for a specific HR challenge.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Enrollment as a rising Junior or Senior in an undergraduate program or a current graduate student.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional candidate outreach and internal presentations.
- Proficiency in office productivity software (specifically spreadsheets and presentation tools) and a high level of comfort learning new software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with total discretion.
- Must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently.
- US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa.
- Successful candidate will need to satisfactorily complete pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Previous internship or office experience in a customer-facing or administrative role.
- A proactive mentality with a genuine curiosity about different industries and job functions.
