Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Managing Partner - HR Services (Bilingual) located in Kansas City, MO. The Managing Partner will design and manage HR processes and frameworks, oversee policy implementation and compliance, and build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The role involves advising clients, developing HR strategies, and providing leadership on organizational management. As a bilingual professional, responsibilities include ensuring effective communication and understanding across diverse language backgrounds.
Qualifications
- HR expertise, including knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and employee relations
- Leadership and strategic planning skills to develop and execute HR strategies effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual proficiency required)
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to address complex HR challenges
- Experience in organizational development and change management
- Proficiency in using HRIS systems and data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in a senior HR position or as an HR consultant is strongly preferred
