Productive Alternatives is hiring -Join our Team! We are a private non-profit Human Services agency that provides a wide array of disability services. We have a large geographic footprint with several locations across central and northwestern MN and have many employment opportunities within our programs. We are currently hiring in our Employment Services programs for part time Job Coach positions in our Alexandria location. These positions are responsible for supporting individuals on the job and helping them maintain and grow in their positions. You will be a teacher, trainer and cheer leader to each person we serve. Starting wage is $20 per hour with a $5 shift differential if your position includes nights or weekends. Qualifications include: A High School diploma or GED equivalent, valid MN Driver’s License with a clean driving record and the ability to pass a Background ground study. We welcome and appreciate experience and higher education but are willing to train any individual with a desire to work in our industry.
