Productive Alternatives is hiring -Join our Team! We are a private non-profit Human Services agency that provides a wide array of disability services. We have a large geographic footprint with several locations across central and northwestern MN and have many employment opportunities within our programs. We are currently hiring in our Employment Services programs for 2 part time Job Coach Float positions. These positions are responsible for supporting individuals on the job and helping them maintain and grow in their positions. You will be a teacher, trainer and cheer leader to each person we serve. Starting wage is $20 per hour with a $5 shift differential if your position includes nights or weekends. Qualifications include: A High School diploma or GED equivalent, valid MN Driver’s License with a clean driving record and the ability to pass a Background ground study. We welcome and appreciate experience and higher education but are willing to train any individual with a desire to work in our industry.

Job Coach Floater (Up to 25 Hours/Week)
Starting at $20/hour Evening & Weekend Differential

Position Details:
- Up to 25 hours per week
- Paid driving time
- Support locations include Little Falls, Long Prairie, and the Brainerd area
- Schedule may include days, evenings/nights, and weekends
What You’ll Do: As a Job Coach, you’ll support individuals on the job by:
- Helping them understand their job duties
- Teaching and reinforcing new job skills
- Role-modeling appropriate workplace behavior
- Providing encouragement to build confidence and independence
- Job Coaches work in a variety of local businesses, making each day different and engaging.
Pay & Differential:
- Starting wage: $20 per hour
- $5/hour differential for:
- Monday–Friday after 5:00 PM
- Anytime on weekends
