We are currently seeking Part-Time Job Coaches to join our Employment Services Team in Fergus Falls.

As a Job Coach, you will support individuals with disabilities in their workplaces by helping them:
- Learn and perform job duties
- Build workplace skills and confidence
- Maintain successful employment
- Develop independence on the job
- Grow and succeed in their careers

The current available positions are as follows:

Location: Fergus Falls
Position: Evening Job Coach. Supporting individuals in a variety of employment settings in Fergus Falls.
Hours: 4:00pm-9:00pm. We offer a variety of flexible evening shifts.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
