Duties
- Provide ongoing mentoring and support to clients, helping them develop essential job skills, social skills, and workplace behaviors.
- Monitor and ensure employer satisfaction and quality control through on-going communication with individual's supervisor.
- Maintain detailed documentation of coaching sessions, progress reports, and employment outcomes to track client development.
- May need to transport a client to and from work using a PAI vehicle.
Experience
- Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism is desirable.
- Strong communication skills are essential for providing feedback, and collaborating with team members.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
