Productiv is seeking a hands-on, Bilingual Production Supervisor to lead kitting and hand-pack operations in our Grapevine, TX facility. This role focuses on supervising people on light-production lines assembling boxes and bags for major brands (e.g., beauty, personal care, consumer goods), not heavy manufacturing or forklift-driven warehouse work.
You will own shift performance for multiple kitting lines: planning labor, hitting piece-rate and one-piece-flow targets, ensuring quality and presentation standards for consumer-facing kits, and building a safe, positive, high-pace environment.
