Bilingual Recruiter responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to candidates, communicating with applicants in both languages, interviewing and/or assessing candidates to ensure a good fit, and keeping in touch with hiring managers to stay informed of upcoming needs.

Responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with hiring managers and the HR Team to determine staffing needs
- Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc
- Screen and select candidate's resumes for consideration
- Respond to inquiries from applicants via e-mail, or telephone
- Employment verifications
- Perform background and drug tests for candidates
- New Hire Orientations/Onboarding
- Through a "Make it happen" mindset, ensuring staffing needs are met daily
- Daily attendance tracking
- Process payroll and resolve any payroll errors
- Be the point of contact for all your employees to handle any issues that may arise
Requirements
- Bilingual Span/Eng
- Ability to work with little to no supervision
- MUST be a team player and work well with others
- Attention to detail
- Recruiting (1 years)
- Human Resources (less than 1 year)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages
- Effective organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Kronos is a plus
- Ability to multi-task
- Must be comfortable working in an office onsite in a warehouse environment
