About the Role
PTS is an oil and gas services company specializing in well testing. We're looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our shop team. This is a hands-on role supporting daily shop operations, equipment preparation, and maintenance. No prior experience required — we'll train the right person.
What You'll Do
- Assist with the setup, maintenance, and repair of shop tools, machinery, and equipment
- Prepare equipment for shipment to job sites, including all spares and supplies
- Ensure equipment is clean, properly loaded, and in job-ready condition upon departure and return
- Help track and manage shop supplies and materials
- Assist with shipping and receiving, including completing appropriate paperwork for incoming and outgoing orders
- Process service orders as directed by the Division Manager
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment
- Always follow all QHSE procedures and safety standards
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong mechanical aptitude with a willingness to work in a hands-on, physical environment
- Ability to read and follow instructions, safety rules, and procedure manuals
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and a team player
