Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and enthusiastic Event Organizer to plan and execute Product Hive events. This role involves supporting your Program Lead to coordinate regular educational events that meet the needs of the community, while ensuring a seamless and high-quality attendee experience.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, coordinate, and run events under the direction of your Program Lead.
- Manage attendee registration, check-in, and event setup as needed.
- Coordinate with other Event Organizers and volunteers to ensure successful events.
- Maintain a list of speakers and hosts in Google Sheets or other designated tools.
- Foster an inclusive, welcoming environment at events aligned with Product Hive values.
- Attend monthly update meetings with Product Hive Leadership.
What You Bring
- Based in Utah (preferably the Salt Lake City or Utah County area) with the ability to travel locally as needed.
- Proven experience in event planning or coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of volunteers.
- Passion for Product Management, UX Design, and community building.
What We Need
This is a volunteer position requiring approximately 4–5 hours per month, varying based on event schedules. Minimum commitment of one year.
