Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Salina, KS, for a Sales and Marketing Representative. In this role, you will drive sales efforts by building client relationships, managing product promotions, and implementing marketing strategies. Your day-to-day tasks will include identifying new sales opportunities, coordinating with the sales team, delivering exceptional customer service, and providing training to producers on product offerings and marketing strategies. You’ll play a key role in achieving business growth and maintaining high standards of client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
- Proven Sales expertise, including identifying opportunities and closing deals
- Experience in Training and mentoring team members on product knowledge and processes
- Sales & Marketing skills, including creating and implementing strategies to promote products effectively
- Proficiency in using digital tools and technology for reporting and communication
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- In good standing with Life & Health insurance licenses
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
