Responsibilities

  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to showcase solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, promotional events, and territory management initiatives to maximize outreach efforts.
  • Perform inside sales activities including cold calling, follow-up communications, and inbound inquiries to generate new leads.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities for expansion.
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, sales activities, and territory updates for reporting purposes.

Skills

  • Proven experience in outside sales, and technical sales.
  • Excellent communication skills combined with the ability to build lasting customer relationships through effective account management.
  • Familiarity with CRM software tools for lead tracking and analysis.
  • Strong business development skills with a focus on lead generation and direct sales techniques like cold calling.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies that support territory expansion and brand positioning.
  • Ability to deliver compelling product demos and technical presentations tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Exceptional communication skills coupled with active listening to understand client needs thoroughly.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data for strategic decision-making.
  • Customer service orientation that emphasizes responsiveness, professionalism, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience in retail or technology sales is a plus, along with familiarity in upselling techniques and sales management practices. Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
