Studios use ProdPro to plan upcoming slates and recruit production teams. Vendors and service providers use the platform to identify projects early and bid on work. Freelancers use ProdPro to discover productions crewing up and connect with hiring managers.


Founded in 2022, ProdPro operates as a subscription based SaaS and data business. The company has quickly become a trusted source of production intelligence, cited by The Wall Street Journal and The New York Times and relied on by hundreds of leading suppliers, major producers, and thousands of freelance crew.


The Role


We are hiring a Growth Marketing Lead to own lifecycle and outbound marketing across vendors and freelancers.


You will be responsible for:

  • Writing and managing email campaigns
  • Segmenting and maintaining our CRM and audience lists
  • Building and optimizing drip campaigns
  • Packaging proprietary research and market insights into compelling campaigns
  • Leveraging podcast interviews, market reports, and case studies to drive engagement
  • Managing newsletter cadence and campaign calendars
  • Improving open rates, activation, and revenue conversion


This is a hands on role. You will work directly with the CEO and product team to translate production intelligence into measurable growth.

What We’re Looking For


  • Strong, concise writer who understands direct response
  • Experience running CRM and email marketing systems
  • Comfortable building segmentation and automation workflows
  • Analytical and performance focused
  • Self starter who thrives in an early stage SaaS environment
  • Experience in media, entertainment, or B2B SaaS is a plus
