The Role
We’re looking for an exceptional, hands-on Growth Marketing Lead to build, test, and scale Enterpret’s growth engine from scratch. We’re in the early innings of building the marketing function and we’re looking for a Growth Marketing Lead who can help us scale from strong signal to serious velocity.
You’ll work side by side with the VP of Marketing to unlock insane, category-defining growth - combining creativity, experimentation, and precision to drive pipeline, revenue, and market dominance.
Your edge is in SEO and AEO in understanding how organic discovery is evolving and how to win across emerging AI-driven search platforms like Google SGE, ChatGPT, and Perplexity. But you won’t be limited to one lever: you’ll flex across paid, conversion, and lifecycle to create compounding, cross-channel growth.
This role is for someone who wants to challenge their skills, build something meaningful with their own hands, and leave fingerprints on how Enterpret becomes the category leader in this space.
In this position, you will:
- Build the growth engine: Architect, execute, and optimize the full-funnel growth system — from acquisition to conversion to retention.
- Lead with SEO/AEO: Drive organic visibility and authority across search and emerging AI discovery channels.
- Experiment relentlessly: Test and scale campaigns across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels — learn fast, double down faster.
- Run on data: Build dashboards, define attribution models, and measure what actually drives pipeline and revenue.
- Collaborate deeply: Partner with the VP of Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales to align strategy, ICPs, and conversion motion.
- Scale what works: Turn experiments into repeatable playbooks and growth systems ready for Series B scale.
Essential Requirements
- 5-8 years in B2B SaaS growth or demand generation, ideally in fast-moving startup environments.
- A proven track record of driving pipeline growth through SEO, AEO, and multi-channel acquisition.
- Deep understanding of search intent, technical SEO, and evolving AI-driven search behaviors.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, GSC, Ahrefs/SEMRush, Looker, and paid ad platforms.
- Strong analytical and creative instincts. Equally comfortable building dashboards and writing high-impact campaigns.
- A bias for action: you build, test, learn, and iterate with speed.
- Excitement to build from zero, collaborate closely with leadership, and push the boundaries of what growth looks like at Series A.
- Able to commit to 3 days in person in office, situated in Union Square, Manhattan, New York City.
What Success Looks Like
- 6 weeks: Growth engine live - tracking, attribution, and early SEO rankings paid traction.
- 3 months: Predictable inbound motion from SEO/AEO paid driving meaningful pipeline.
- 6 months: SEO/AEO becomes a top-performing, lowest-CAC channel with repeatable playbooks.
- 9 months: Multi-channel growth motion humming - scaling toward Series B readiness with momentum that feels unstoppable.
