Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts, conducting performance evaluations, and facilitating effective communication across teams.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws such as FMLA, OSHA, workers' compensation regulations, and other relevant labor standards.
- Administer benefits programs, payroll processing, and HRIS for accurate data management.
- Oversee employee onboarding, orientation programs, and ongoing training initiatives to enhance employee engagement and performance.
- Lead program management efforts related to organizational design, change management, and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop HR policies, manage contracts, and support strategic planning efforts for human capital management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in supervising HR teams and managing HR functions within a dynamic environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation procedures, and benefits administration.
- Ability to handle conflict management situations tactfully while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Pay: $25.00 per hour
