Tech Ops Technician

About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Tech Ops Technician to keep our manufacturing operations running smoothly. You'll serve as the primary on-site technical resource at our manufacturing facility, while also providing remote support to satellite locations. What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues to minimize production downtime
• Install, maintain, and upgrade desktops, printers, servers, and other peripheral equipment
• Support LAN/WAN connectivity and corporate network infrastructure
• Manage user accounts, email access, and remote access provisioning
• Serve as a point of contact for incoming support requests via phone and email, owning tickets from identification through resolution
• Support and maintain production software used in manufacturing environments
• Collaborate with the Tech Ops team and plant operations to meet technical goals and drive continuous improvement
• Assist with special projects as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Associate's degree in a technology-related field, or equivalent experience; 1–3 years of hands-on IT support experience preferred
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and TCP/IP
• Microsoft, CompTIA A , or equivalent certification a plus
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and interfacing with employees at all levels
• Strong communication skills — you can explain technical issues clearly to non-technical audiences
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently

Work Environment

This role is primarily on-site at our manufacturing facility. Expect a dynamic environment with moderate noise and variable temperatures, particularly in production areas. Some travel to other company locations may be required.
