You shine as you answer incoming calls and use Service Titan scheduling and dispatching software to schedule plumbing service calls. After the service is completed, you call our customers to ensure quality control, set up maintenance annual agreements, and enter information into our software. You use your well-developed technology talents to maximize job scheduling - which you expertly accomplish without compromising our first-class service. Pleasantly, you interact with clients and technicians. At the end of the day, an overwhelming feeling of success washes over you.
