As a Call Center Representative (known internally as a "Fronter"), you'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients interested in health insurance solutions. Your role is to build rapport, ask questions, identify needs, and connect qualified prospects with our licensed agents.
We provide paid training and ongoing coaching to help you succeed.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients
- Follow a proven conversation framework
- Build trust and establish relationships
- Identify client needs and qualify opportunities
- Schedule appointments and transfer qualified prospects
- Accurately document conversations
- Meet daily and weekly performance goals
- Work closely with management and licensed agents

Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to commute to Eatontown, NJ
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Professional attitude and reliable attendance
- Background check required
