Role Description

As a Sales Manager at PSci.AI, you will lead a team of three or more Account Executives to achieve ambitious growth goals. Your responsibilities will include:

• Building, mentoring, and managing a team of Account Executives to consistently exceed quota.
• Developing and executing territory and account strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Coaching Account Executives on pipeline development, sales methodology, and deal execution.
• Collaborating with Product and Marketing teams to align sales strategies with market opportunities.
• Forecasting sales performance and delivering regular updates to leadership.
• Cultivating a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer success.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in software sales, including 2 years in a management or team lead role.
• Proven track record of managing teams that consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, and other sales enablement platforms.
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
  
  

Requirements

• Experience in SaaS sales with a focus on government contractors or regulated industries.
• Ability to work remotely, must be based in Reston, VA area.
• A collaborative and motivating leadership style.
  
  

Education

No specific educational qualifications required. Emphasis on relevant leadership and software sales experience.

Compensation Range: $220K - $260K
