The Role
- Act as the primary procurement business partner to midstream and project stakeholders
- Support sourcing, contracting, and supplier engagement across capital and operational spend
- Operate in a demanding stakeholder environment where autonomy is high, and procurement maturity is evolving
- Introduce pragmatic structure, commercial discipline, and best practice over time
- Balance hands‑on delivery with longer‑term strategic improvement
Candidate Profile
- Strong procurement background at buyer, senior buyer, or procurement manager level
- Experience within oil & gas, energy, or asset‑heavy industrial environments
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence tough, operational stakeholders
- Resilient, commercially minded, and comfortable operating without full process maturity
- Experience supporting capital projects and complex operational spend preferred
Package
- Base salary $140,000 - $145,000
