Job Description

. Position housed with the Finance team and Global Indirect procurement.

. Support Head of Procurement and Director of Finance in Projects covering Facilities, Logistics, HR, Finance, IT, Marketing.

· Oversee Marketing Procurement which is the majority of the $90M annual spend

· Become the subject matter expert regarding contracts for: event execution, production services, point of sale, display, sponsorship, advertising, and media Identify potential areas for cost saving, value adding and procurement process improvement.

· Manage a team of 2 employees

· Ability to add KPIs to contracts/Statements of Work to ensure goods/services are being

purchased with a ROI initiative

· Identify potential areas for cost saving, value adding and procurement process improvement.

· Expert in contract writing, negotiations and vendor risk

· Actively research and evaluate potential new vendors as well as determining risk for existing

vendors

· Manage, approve and Purchase Requisitions as well as collaborate with internal teams for year-end closure of Purchase Orders

· Create presentations and train employees on Purchase Order process, year-end responsibilities and audit procedures

· Prepare and issue Request for Proposals for the supply of materials and services

· Analyze historical spend and identify opportunities for Indirect Procurement involvement.

· Manages the compliance of vendor and customer set ups

· Assist in the evaluation of appropriate business relationships and assessment of overall vendor quality through due-diligence

· Directs procurement process flow from selection to on boarding to Purchase Orders to invoicing

· Decisions about what to commit to/from vendors, what price to accept, and continuous contract review with support from Legal to ensure compliance with our agreements

· The Indirect Procurement Manager will define a point-of-sale ordering process and engage

globally and engage with each business unit as to their requirements.

· Prepare and issue tenders for the supply of materials and services when necessary. This

involves collation of specifications, usage data, service Cost: Achievement of standard/budgeted costs and targeted cost savings/value adding for all purchased Indirect materials and services.

· Assist with Continuous Assurance reviews, internal controls and compliance

· KPI targets are met annually along with all other targets set.

· Develop a vendor management tool and vendor rating system

· Develop best practices for Procurement strategies and technologies to deliver best in class

results

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field including but not limited to: Accounting, Finance, Business

Administration, Supply Chain required, MBA preferred

• 7 years’ management experience in mid-large size corporate environment Strong background in Indirect Sourcing and Procurement especially Marketing, Advertising, Events, POS, Media, etc.

• SAP experience is a plus

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel including experience with Macro’s and data

manipulation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
