Proctor High School - Boys Varsity Basketball - Proctor High School is seeking applicants for the Varsity Boys Basketball Head Coach position for the 2026–2027 school year. We are looking for candidates who bring energy, passion, and a strong commitment to developing student-athletes both on and off the court. Ideal candidates will demonstrate: -Strong knowledge of basketball and coaching principles -Effective organization, management, and communication skills -Ability to build positive relationships with student-athletes -Commitment to sportsmanship, teamwork, and school spirit -Leadership that promotes a safe, challenging, and educational environment Responsibilities include: -Plan and lead structured, safe, and developmentally appropriate practices -Model strong leadership, organization, and professionalism -Foster individual and team development athletically and personally, emphasizing accountability, discipline, and growth -Promote good sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect at all times -Collaborate with Junior Varsity, Middle School, and Elementary coaches on building connections and development with our youth programs -Work closely with the Athletic Director and athletic department to support school-wide goals, policies, and expectations community -Modeling and teaching positive sportsmanship Proctor High School is committed to building a strong, long-term program. We are seeking a coach who will invest in developing feeder programs and building relationships within the Proctor community.
