Proctor High School - Junior Varsity Boys Basketball Coach - Proctor High School is seeking applicants for the Junior Varsity Boys Basketball Coach position for the 2026–2027 school year. Responsibilities & Qualifications: -Demonstrate energy, enthusiasm, and a strong passion for coaching basketball -Focus on player development, fundamentals, and preparing athletes for the Varsity level -Plan and lead structured, safe, and developmentally appropriate practices -Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, accountability, and school pride -Work collaboratively with the Varsity coach to ensure program consistency and support during practices and/or contests as needed -Maintain positive communication with student-athletes, families, and administration -Model strong leadership, organization, and professionalism Program Goals: -Provide a positive and educational athletic experience -Develop skills and game knowledge to support advancement within the program -Build a strong foundation that contributes to long-term program success The application review process will begin immediately and continue until the position is filled.
