Job Overview

​We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Construction Project Coordinator to bridge the gap between our project managers, field crews, and subcontractors. In this role, you won't just sit behind a desk tracking paperwork; you will serve as the central hub of communication, ensuring that materials arrive on time, permits are secured, and project documentation is flawlessly organized. ​Key Responsibilities
  • Documentation Management: Maintain, distribute, and track critical project documents including RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and daily field logs.
  • Schedule & Timeline Tracking: Assist Project Managers in creating and updating master project schedules. Monitor milestones and proactively flag potential delays.
  • Vendor & Subcontractor Coordination: Serve as a primary point of contact for subcontractors and vendors. Coordinate delivery schedules, verify insurance certificates, and ensure compliance with contract terms.
  • Permitting & Compliance: Coordinate with local municipalities and regulatory agencies to secure necessary permits, licenses, and inspection approvals before work begins.
  • Financial Administration: Review subcontractor invoices, track project expenses against the budget, and assist in preparing monthly progress billings and closeout packages.
  • Meeting Facilitation: Schedule and organize pre-construction meetings, progress reviews, and safety briefings. Document action items and follow up with responsible parties.
  • Estimating: Helping the estimating department with project quotes.


​Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience: 2–5 years of experience in construction administration, project coordination, or a similar role within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry.
  • Education: High school diploma required; a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, or Business Administration is highly preferred.
  • ​Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with construction management software (e.g., Procore, , or CoConstruct) and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project or Maintainx, Jobtread, Excel, Outlook, MS teams).
  • Blueprints: Ability to read and interpret basic construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly with both executive stakeholders and on-site field laborers.
​Work Environment & Physical Demands
  • ​Primarily an office-based role in our Littleton, CO office, but may require regular visits to active construction sites (approx. 10–20% travel). Hybrid work environment will be an option once probationary period ends.
  • Must be comfortable walking on uneven terrain and wearing standard personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, safety vests, and steel-toed boots during site visits.
