Join a fun work environment! Proctor Academy, a local boarding/day school in Andover, NH, seeks a responsible, detail-oriented, and dependable full-time security person to maintain a safe and secure environment on campus.
This is a year-round position with varying shifts; weekend hours are a must. Essential functions include but are not limited to inspecting and securing the buildings and grounds, monitoring alarms, interfacing with local law enforcement when necessary, and preparing shift reports. Applicants must be able to bend, jump, walk, run, lift up to 50 pounds, be 18 years or older, manage workflow, commit to excellence, have high standards, understand written and verbal instructions, and possess a valid driver's license.
A very generous benefits package includes a 401(k) plan with employer match after one year, health and dental insurance, life and AD&D insurance, short-term disability, and long-term disability. 1 week of vacation upon hire, 2 weeks after one year, 15 paid holidays, 2 personal days, and 10 sick days a year. Proctor will provide meals during the employee's daily shift.
