We are vertically integrated, our core business lines include:Development & Investment: Ground-up multifamily, light retail, hospitality, and value-add repositioning.Construction: Preconstruction, estimating, and construction management.Property & Asset Management (Bria): Operating, leasing, and resident experience, making places people are proud to call home.Our core values shape how we act, partner, and lead:We do hard things.We take ownership.We value relationships.We grow or die.Role OverviewThe Maintenance Technician is someone who takes pride in doing things right the first time, communicates with professionalism and warmth, and treats every repair request as an opportunity to serve.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly, professionally, and thoroughly to all resident service requests and maintenance issues.Troubleshoot and repair a wide range of items including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general carpentry.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment in all work areas—including units, mechanical rooms, storage, and common spaces.Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure long-term functionality and avoid costly repairs.Participate in daily property walks, inspections, and work order management to uphold TPC’s brand standards.Prepare apartments for new residents with precision and care—making sure every home is spotless and fully operational before move-in.Support the property team in maintaining five-star presentation standards throughout the community, including common areas, amenities, and grounds.Communicate clearly and courteously with residents, treating every interaction as a customer service opportunity.Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies with professionalism and urgency.Collaborate with the General Manager and other team members to identify and resolve recurring issues or areas for improvement.Qualifications & Skills3 years of property maintenance or facilities management experience in residential properties.Technical expertise in a broad range of maintenance areas including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and general repairs.A proven ability to think critically, and execute repairs and solutions without reliance on third-party vendors.Detail oriented and highly organized, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and communicate.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions.Strong understanding of property management operations.Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, property managers, and external stakeholders.Willingness to embrace the mission and values of the company.Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call rotation for emergencies.A valid driver's license is required.Why Join Us / What We Offer• Comprehensive benefits: medical, vision, life insurance. • Paid time off, holidays, and vacation. • 401(k) with company match, plus tuition reimbursement. • Opportunity for professional advancement and exposure across functions. • Participation in project-level investment / equity opportunities. • A culture grounded in craftsmanship, accountability, relationships, and innovation.Equal Employment Opportunity StatementThe Procopio Companies is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Salary : $28 - $35
