Maloney Properties is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Your Responsibilities:We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Lawrence, MA. This is a full-time opportunity at a community with 164 units of affordable family housing. You will join a team of maintenance professionals whose responsibilities include:Performing in-unit repairs, preventative maintenance, and preparing apartments for new resident occupancy.Completing work orders, including light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work, and general building maintenance.Providing access to and supervising contractors as needed.Conducting inspections and maintaining building systems. Updating maintenance logs and work order status. Performing groundskeeping and maintenance of exterior and common areas.The work hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30am-3:30pm with on-call duties shared on rotation. Your Qualifications:We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service philosophy.Knowledge of general apartment repair, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC is required.Experience with REAC/NSPIRE inspections is preferred. Experience with Yardi would also be a plus.
