What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Intake Assistant position at Procopio Cory Hargreaves?
Procopio’s Conflicts team is growing! We are seeking a Client Intake Assistant who will work directly with our conflicts team to open new client matters. This person will be responsible for heavy data entry and the ideal candidate must be organized and comfortable with new technology. This role will also correspond with the attorneys on a daily basis to obtain pertinent information relating to new and ongoing client matters. They will also help to process file maintenance requests. Candidates must have strong overall technical skills, in addition to strong MS Office Suite skills. The candidate should also be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment where multiple projects are going on simultaneously. This position requires 1 years related experience in a law firm or professional services corporate environment. The candidate must be a team player with a positive, professional attitude, have strong follow-up skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal and communication skills.
This position is located at our downtown San Diego office where you are able to work a hybrid schedule if desired (up to 2 days work-from-home). The team works closely together; a courteous, professional, and team-oriented approach is essential for success. Typical pay range is from $58,000 – $65,000 annual depending on experience.
