We’re seeking a General Manager to lead our branch operations, drive revenue and profitability, and empower our team to succeed. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on accountability, strategy, and building something meaningful.
What You’ll Do:
· Oversee all field and office operations with support from the superintendent and service coordinator
· Drive divisional revenue, net profit, and annual recurring revenue (ARR)
· Lead weekly meetings maximizing team performance and goals while ensuring safety is a priority
· Lead weekly meetings to align schedules, goals, and team performance
· Support sales processes and ensure quality control on inspections and proposals
· Monitor costs, optimize efficiency, and track gross margins across all projects
You’re a great fit if you:
· Have 1–2 years of experience in leadership or operations
· Communicate clearly and effectively via phone, email, and text
· Are comfortable with financial tracking, CRM systems, and team coordination
· Thrive in fast-paced environments and want to grow with a startup
· Believe in leading by example and building a culture of accountability and care
