Tableau Developer - Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CRE Strategy Reporting team to deliver strategic initiatives
- Create transparency into performance metrics and milestones across CRE operations
- Clean, blend, and automate complex datasets using SQL, PL/SQL, and ETL techniques
- Build engaging and informative dashboard views in Tableau
- Manage day-to-day business intelligence functions for CRE Strategy and internal clients
- Gather business requirements for new projects, reporting milestones, and delivering work
Tableau Developer - Mandatory Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Tableau and Excel
- Proficiency in SQL or PL/SQL
- Experience with ETL techniques using tools like Tableau, MS Power Query, or Alteryx
- Ability to clean and blend large, unique datasets
- Technical developer skills combined with applied analytics skills
- Experience designing dashboards in Tableau
Tableau Developer – Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with Real Estate/Facilities applications such as Archibus, CoStar, and Corrigo
- Experience presenting work to leadership-level audiences
- Polished verbal and written communication skills
