ServiceNow Architect - Job Description:
ServBeyond Solutions is seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Solutions Architect & Technical Manager to lead enterprise-scale ServiceNow architecture, drive platform modernization, and provide hands-on technical leadership for complex federal implementations. This role involves partnering with government stakeholders, guiding development teams, and leveraging emerging technologies such as AI and automation to transform enterprise service delivery.
ServiceNow Architect - Responsibilities:
- Lead the ServiceNow Architecture development, enhancements, and implementations.
- Collaborate with customers and stakeholders in utilizing ServiceNow for managing enterprise services and enhancements using new technologies.
- Build roadmaps, provide recommendations, and lead the development and adoption of new technologies and services.
- Provide assistance to development teams as needed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure technical deliverables are complete, consistent, high-quality, on time, and deliver valued outcomes.
- Lead efforts to optimize the performance and functionality of ServiceNow.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience with 12 years of professional experience.
- 10 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- 5 years as a ServiceNow Solutions Architect.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- At least 2 ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.
- Experience with developing ServiceNow solutions across various platform applications.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
- Project Management or Agile certification.
- ITILv4 Foundations Certification.
- Experience supporting ServiceNow work with the US Federal Government.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
This is a permanent position.

Woodlawn, Maryland, onsite five days a week.
