On behalf of our Water Technology client, Procom is searching for a Product Support Representative (Water Quality) for a permanent role. This position is a remote position based out of our client’s Fort Worth, TX office.
Product Support Representative (Water Quality) - Job Description:
The Product Support Representative (Water Quality) will provide expert technical support and product knowledge to business-to-business customers. This role involves troubleshooting, installation assistance, and post-sales support for residential and commercial water filtration and conditioning systems.
Product Support Representative (Water Quality) - Responsibilities:
- Provide troubleshooting support for conditioning and filtration products across multiple sales channels.
- Ensure accurate and prompt resolution of issues by phone and email, escalating concerns internally.
- Assist customers with the installation and setup of residential and commercial equipment.
- Enter customer orders, process warranty replacements, and provide post-sales order management support.
- Use CRM and other software tools to document and manage customer needs and concerns.
- Be a subject matter expert, offering product recommendations and support to both internal and external customers.
- Collaborate with customer service and technical support teams within Watts.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance products and processes.
- Associate degree or higher preferred.
- Experience with residential and commercial water filtration and conditioning systems.
- Technical and mechanical experience in resolving product performance issues.
- Commitment to Watts’ values of integrity, accountability, continuous improvement and innovation, and transparency.
- Punctuality and dependability.
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing work priorities and stressful conditions.
- Maintain productive and collaborative relationships with other Watts employees.
- Master Water Specialist certification.
- Experience using CRM and other customer management software.
- Familiarity with factory processes, tools, materials, and equipment.
- Experience in providing technical support in a remote setting.
- Knowledge of Watts' business philosophy and cultural beliefs.
